RETURN POLICY

At Shinav Auto Parts Inc., we strive to provide our customers with quality auto body parts and reliable service. Please review the following return policy before placing your order.

1. USED PARTS — NO RETURNS

All used auto body parts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a used part is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Used parts are sold in their existing condition, and normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or signs of previous use are not considered defects.

2. BRAND-NEW PARTS — 10-DAY RETURN POLICY

Brand-new parts may be returned within 10 calendar days of the delivery date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The part is unused and uninstalled and remains in its original condition.

• The part is returned in the original manufacturer packaging.

• All original labels, stickers, tags, and identification markings are present and intact.

• The part and packaging have no damage, alterations, or signs of installation or use.

• The part is complete and includes all original components and accessories supplied with the product.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a restocking charge.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PARTS

Customers should inspect all parts immediately upon delivery. If a part arrives damaged, defective, or is not the part ordered, please contact Shinav Auto Parts Inc. at admin@shinav.ca as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the order number and photographs of the part and packaging when reporting shipping damage.

4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All returns must receive prior authorization from Shinav Auto Parts Inc. before the part is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Please include your order number, part number, reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Shinav Auto Parts Inc. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. REFUNDS

Once the returned part has been received and inspected, Shinav Auto Parts Inc. will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error by Shinav Auto Parts Inc.

7. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

• All used parts

• Parts that have been installed, painted, modified, altered, or damaged

• Parts without their original packaging or labels

• Parts returned after the 10-day return period

• Parts showing signs of use, installation, or improper handling

By purchasing from Shinav Auto Parts Inc., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return Policy.

Shinav Auto Parts Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the requirements outlined above.
